Elise Oleson crushed a walk-off grand slam home run as the West Burlington-Notre Dame high school softball team rolled to a 13-0, three-inning win over Winfield-Mount Union in an SEI Superconference crossover game Thursday at Barb Carter Field in West Burlington.
It was the second walk-off grand slam in as many nights for the Falcons.
Oleson was 2-for-4, scored twice and drove in five runs. Madalynn Knapp was 2-for-2, scored two runs and drove in four. Brynn Logan and Lauren Summers each went 2-for-2. Lauren Krieger, Anna Engberg and Lacie Felkins each scored two runs for the Falcons.
Summers pitched a perfect game, striking out six of the nine batters she faced.
